SK Telecom (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates the Metatron Discovery website and related services (the “Services”).

After 6 months of the last email communication with you or your ceased usage of our Services, whichever is later or at any time upon your request, we shall delete all of your provided information unless any applicable law requires storage of such information. We have no liability for the deletion of all of your information as described in this section.
Security Incident Notification
If we become aware of a breach of security leading to the accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure of, or access to the Services and your information while processed by us (each a “Security Incident”), we will promptly and without undue delay (1) notify you of the Security Incident; (2) investigate the Security Incident and provide you with detailed information about the Security Incident; and (3) take reasonable steps to mitigate the effects and to minimize any damage resulting from the Security Incident. Notification(s) of Security Incidents will be delivered to your email address via email.
